Wealth Structure – The Manager

Wealth is something that everyone very interested in however wealth structure is more than what it actually represent.

The element that your Day Master counter is known as your Wealth element. For a Wood Day Master person, your Wealth element is Earth.

Wealth Structure people are very results-oriented, ambitious, competitive, assertive, practical, efficient, decisive and confident. They are not so much of a delegator and are often driven, and prefer to work on all the task they are working on by themself. There is a need for them to be in control of all tasks they are working on. They have pretty high expectations of their team or staff as well, a lot of times they find it easier to work on the tasks themselves rather than delegating it as they believe that they know the right or best way to do that something.

A well-balanced and healthy Wealth Structure will learn to delegate and still able to maintain the control of their team’s efficiency. An overly strong or unhealthy Wealth Structure person will exhibit the extreme control freak tendencies, be pushy and judgemental and be deemed as unfeeling. They at resort to impatient tactics to speed up things and derive quicker and better results and may skimp on the important details and get the result. The are also bad temper and cannot stand answering the same question over and over again.

Day Master – Gui (Yin Water)

Gui Water individuals are creative, laterally minded,  and artistically inclined types – always full of ideas. They love doing their own thing and are not happy being tied down to a mundane, by the numbers tasks or projects. Perceptive and reflective, Gui Water individuals enjoy learning and thinking about challenging things until they click.

Gentle, persuasive and likeable, Gui Water individuals naturally find that they make friends in almost any situation. Other people like being around Gui Water individuals and will listen to what they have to say. They place great value on sharing and nurturing others, like a fine rain shower that stimulates growth. They are natural teachers even when not in an official teaching role.

Because Gui Water individuals spend a lot of time inside their own heads, they can be seen as withdrawn or enigmatic to others, making them easy to know, but hard to understand. They are easily upset or affected by external events, and are changeable in mood. They are happiest when creating a new path through life or doing something other people aren’t doing. They can sometimes seek to do the “opposite” of what others do for the sake of it. Gui Water individuals lack attention to detail or staying power. Once the rush of something new has worn off they become bored and impatient, looking for the next challenge. They are more likely to skim over important details if these details do not excite them.

Day Master – Ren (Yang Water)

The Ren Water individuals are highly intelligent, creative and innovative. They often have the ability to visualize big things and keep track of the smaller details, too. This makes them excellent entrepreneurs and smart leaders. Other Day Masters may well be jealous of the Ren Water person who seems to be brilliant at everything!

They are happiest when on the move so you can expect the Ren Water individuals to be active, dynamic, and mobile at all times; always thinking ahead. They are flexible, resilient, and can overcome any problem. The Ren Water individuals love a challenge and never back down in the face of difficulty. They are able to ignore their emotions when making decisions. They are also highly rational and can think about all possible consequences before finally making a choice. The Ren Water individuals are often famed for powerful networking skills. They know how to speak to other people in their own language from the first meeting.

The Ren Water individuals are easily swayed by the opinions of others, making them susceptible to groupthink and peer pressure if they think that conforming will earn the praise of others. This is because they place great value on status, success, image, and results. When the Water element is too strong in the chart, they can be emotionally unstable – happy one minute, sad the next. They also tend to find it hard to release negative emotions and this can cause problems. The Ren Water individuals can fall into the trap of over-analyzing, thinking about things endlessly instead of making a move, and taking action.

Day Master – Xin (Yin Metal)

* Image credit Joey Yap

Xin Metal individuals are elegant, classy and sophisticated. The associated imagery is that of valuable

jewellery or a sparkling diamond. They are elegant, fabulous, special, and unique. When a composed Xin Metal person enters the room, people find it hard to ignore their presence. They enjoy being exposed to new ideas and experiences. They are open-minded and ready to live life to the max!

Often witty and charming, others may find them entertaining and nothing makes the Xin Metal happier than being the centre of attention. They can compromise given good reason, not completely stubborn or selfish. They are driven to better themselves so they can enjoy ever finer things.

Xin Metal individuals have a taste for luxury and this can translate into greed and a superficial personality. They may appear thick-skinned but inside, they can be soft and easily hurt or offended. They talk a good game but might not truly be able to deliver on promises or back up their confidence with results. They are prone to being moody if things don’t go their way, or if they are bored. Nobody is happy when they are bored, but the great difficulty is that Xin Metal individuals are bored very easily. They are vain and can also be somewhat self-centered. Other people often pander to Xin Metalindividuals’s every whim, feeding this negative trait. Without the appreciation of others, they can lack a healthy sense of self-worth.

Day Master – Geng (Yang Metal)

* Image credit Joey Yap

Geng Metal (Yang Metal) individuals really prove their worth to the world in the face of adversity. When the going gets tough, the Geng Metal person gets going! Once they know what they want and how to get it nothing will stand in their way and they will pursue it tirelessly without faltering to distraction or waning will-power. They are driven by the need to be the best no matter how tough the battle and they are extremely competitive. They have a systematic approach to problem-solving and will take each new challenge as it comes. They are also exceedingly trustworthy at all times and once you have won their regard you can be assured of unconditional loyalty, support and friendship.

Winning is everything to them and this does have its negative side. The Geng Zi person often struggles to relax and they can, at times, allow anger and energy to cloud their judgment. Image is everything to them and they want to appear strong at all times but if they fail in achieving a goal for any reason the effect on their self-esteem is tremendous, meaning that they are very volatile. They can be exhausting company. If they allow themselves to become so competitive that they start to fear failure it can make them risk adverse to their own detriment.

Day Master – Ji (Yin Earth)

* Image credit Joey Yap

Think of soft, fertile earth and the way in which it supports all life and allows it to grow. The Ji Earth person aims to nourish and support everyone around them in a similar way.

Ji Earth individuals are intelligent, thoughtful, innovative, and flexible. They are also resourceful and competent. Although Ji Earth individuals don’t make a big fuss out of their talents, they are sure to have plenty of them and be excellent workers who can be trusted with any task. Completely tolerant and accepting of other people and their differences, they make great perfect team players. They are highly productive people because when they aren’t working on something, they don’t feel fulfilled. They are not the kind to procrastinate when there are things to be done.

Sometimes Ji Earth individuals forget to accept and appreciate themselves because they are too focused on other people. This means they can neglect their own needs and fail to develop their own potent talents or relax. There is a point at which tolerance becomes weakness as Ji Earth individuals will allow others to trample all over them without complaint. They often have a hard time recognising their own worth.
