There are times when you need that competitive edge, for that you’ll have to use the personalized aspect of Date Selection.
PERSONALIZING DATE SELECTION
The art of Date Selection is deeply entwined with other disciplines of Chinese Metaphysics including BaZi. Also known as the Four Pillars of Destiny, BaZi is a form of Chinese Astrology that studies a person’s energy and maps out their life journey. Knowing what’s inside your BaZi chart allows you to use a personalized version of Date Selection that can benefit you specifically.

Once you’ve generated your BaZi chart, pay attention to the table on the top left corner:
THE 12 ANIMAL SIGNS
This table highlighted above in Blue contains different animal signs and it is unique to every individual. For this example, take note of what animal signs are there that is your Noble People, Intelligence and Peach Blossom. Besides the 12 Day Officers, each day also has its own element and animal sign. Knowing what day it is in terms of these animals can be used to your advantage.
GET A HELPING HAND
For example, if what’s written there is Goat and Ox, that means help is more readily available on Goat and Ox days. This effect is amplified if it were to fall on a Receive day as well.
A BOOST IN INTELLIGENCE AND CREATIVITY
Is there something that you wish to learn? Studying or engaging in creative pursuit on a day that has your Intelligence animal sign can help. For example, if what’s written there is Monkey, that means you are more receptive to learning on Monkey days.
APPEAR MORE ATTRACTIVE
Do you have a romantic date coming up or anyone you want to impress? That’s what the Peach Blossom star is for. For example, if your Peach Blossom is the Rabbit animal sign, arrange to meet the person on a Rabbit day for that extra likability.
