Supporter are best described as nice guys, they are empathetic, loyal and easy-going. These properties the able them diplomaticly propping up other people, values, principles, or policies.

The Influence element is the element that controls your Day Master. For example, Wood control an Earth Day Master, so Wood is your Influence element.
The Influence Structure group of people are usually very rules-abiding people. The are amiable and eager to please, and consistency pleasant and inoffensive. They strive best in calm and stable situation and constantly keep with minimise conflict with others and make sure that everyone is getting along well. Therefore they can be mediator between people in conflict.
A positive supporter usually are whose caring and guarding feeling of others and are unpretentious and low-key. The strive to work peaceably with other in order to get the job done, and are not interested in being competitive. They can be quite extreme, they can either be the ones to define the rules (the leader) or the ones who follow strictly with the rules (the follower). The less positive side, however will tend to lack initiative and drive and will wait around to for instructions before they start on anything. as such they are good follower and will go through with plans, but dislike last minutes changes. The dislike being position as leader because this requires making decision and making decision agitates them when they know that it might offend others which is conflict of how they thrive.
